A Global Perspective
Louis’ story is one of persistence and unwavering belief in his dreams. His love for acting began in college, where he first took drama courses and was immediately captivated by the craft. However, like many who pursue the entertainment industry, life had other plans. After graduating, Louis found himself working a 9-to-5 job as a caseworker, a profession he dedicated many years to. Yet, the pull of the skies called, and Louis transitioned to his dream job of becoming a flight attendant.
Being a flight attendant for 19 years has provided Louis the opportunity to travel the world, experiencing cultures and perspectives that would later serve him well as an actor. But even as he soared through the skies, his passion for acting remained grounded in his heart.

It’s a skill he developed not only through years of working with people as a caseworker and flight attendant but also through his acting journey. The entertainment industry, much like his career in the skies, requires endurance, long hours, and sometimes a lot of waiting. Louis finds that the balance between his job and his acting pursuits has equipped him with the resilience and determination necessary to succeed in both arenas.
In addition to his acting experience with VIP Ignite, Louis recently had the opportunity to work on a student film with a local community college in Houston. This experience, he notes, was rewarding in multiple ways. “It was amazing to work with the next generation of filmmakers and artists. For Louis, the future is bright. He continues to work as a flight attendant, traveling the world while staying committed to his craft.
