Day one of VIP Ignite’s Virtual Summit was mind-blowing. 🤯

Although our speakers occupy various roles in the industry, Jon found that their knowledge can be applied to any aspect of the industry. 📚

The most important piece of knowledge he can apply to his role in the music industry is about mindset. 🧠

If you are of the mindset that you “can’t” do something, you will be unable to achieve it. 🙅‍♂️

Instead, tell yourself, “I don’t know how to.” Your mind will be able to move forward and allow you to learn how to achieve your dreams. ✨

Hey, what’s up guys. Jon here, the first day of this, of the summit was like mind blowing, like, okay. So we had a plethora of speakers today. First speaker talked about mindset. The next speaker talked about screenwriting. The other speaker talked about agents and managers, and it doesn’t matter what part of the music industry you’re in.

You would have learned something from each of these speakers. They, Alicia Elisa was not mine. At least she was not lying. De Denene was not lying. Everything that these speakers said can be translated into another part of the industry. Okay. Chris never say can’t, that’s powerful. If your mindset is in Kant, then you absolutely won’t do it.

But if you say, I don’t know how to then your mind will be able to go ahead and go forth and to learning how to do what you need to do. That’s like, like, and then there’s another person’s screenwriter just told us to like, read the script and watch the movie that can go into stone writing. Cause you couldn’t read the lyrics of a lot of songs and watch how the artist performs it.

And you can see how it’s in. Um, how they, how they interpret it. This, this is, this is the first day is just speech made me speechless. I can’t, I can’t. And I can’t wait for the next day. I can’t wait for tomorrow and I can’t wait for Sunday, especially Sunday, this person that’s coming on Sunday.
